Refund policy

  • No Returns or Exchanges on Custom Orders
    Since custom shirts are made to your specifications (e.g., size, design, name, logo), they are generally non-returnable and non-refundable, unless there's an error or defect.

  • Defects or Production Errors
    If the shirt arrives damaged, has a manufacturing defect, or does not match the approved design, customers are usually eligible for a free replacement or refund. Proof (e.g., photos) is often required within a specific timeframe 2 days of receiving 

  • Order Cancellations
    Cancellations may only be accepted within 2 hours after placing the order, depending on whether production has started.

  • Sizing Issues
    Most custom shirt sellers do not accept returns for incorrect size if the item matches the size ordered. Customers are encouraged to carefully review size charts before ordering.

  • Shipping Issues
    If an item is lost or damaged in transit, the seller may offer a replacement, depending on the shipping policy.
